The Town of Deep River received a $500,000 Small Cities Grant through the Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD). Thus, there was an opportunity to develop a new 9,000 s.f. incubator industrial building to serve the spatial needs of new upstart businesses.

The building design is a simple pre-engineered steel structure with metal wall and roof panels, front canopy, overhead doors, and glazed entry areas for each bay. There are variable sized tenant spaces in order to maximize flexibility. In essence, the flexible layouts, low rent, convenient proximity, and utilization of Town services, help to develop a highly desirable scenario for new upstart businesses within the Town of Deep River.
