The program involved
11 apartment buildings with 226 units, a clubhouse, pool, storage and laundry
facilities. The site consists of gently rolling hills, generously wooded
areas, and pleasant views. Strategically placed buildings are integrated
with landscaping, roads, small pockets of parking areas, and walkways.
The design incorporates a series of two and three level building forms,
intersecting gable roof shapes, with end units composed of shifting multi-sized
gables and multi-level decks.
