The architectural planning study for this substance abuse and maintenance treatment center involved an integrated orchestration of tasks to obtain and analyze information, as well as develop solutions. The facility was examined through inspections, photo/measure documentation, zoning and code issues. In order to understand the framework, an inventory of functions and organization was documented. Space and function questionnaires and workshops with the Space Committee were utilized to obtain data for review and synthesis. In addition, an assessment and evaluation of the facility's existing spatial usage was achieved. In turn, these tasks formed the basis for a spatial program.

This planning study ultimately included design concepts, cost estimates, floor plans, and renderings. In turn, FAA performed full architectural services for the design and construction of this project.
